Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said that Wem Miller, 49, was taken into custody in a black SUV, and that the vehicle he was driving included a shotgun, a loaded revolver, ammo, and many forged passports.”The man identified himself as a journalist, but when his claims were doubted, officers searched his unregistered black SUV that had a homemade license plate,” Bianco said. According to Chad Bianco, his suspicion that his department prevented a murder attempt was merely “speculation.”
