On Monday, June 10, Jennie Kim crossed off another agenda on her to-achieve list. The K-pop idol, singer, rapper, and actress finally debuted as a runway model. Making a grand debut for Jacquemus’ “La Casa” cruise show, she surprised the fashion stage by closing the event that was part of the brand’s 15-year celebration.
Jennie’s grand debut in the fashion world took place in front of a staggering backdrop of a cliffside sea view on the Italian island of Capri. Even though the rooftop was filled with celebrities like Dua Lipa, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Gwyneth Paltrow, the innovative creator of Oud Atelier took charge of the event with her impressive runway walk in a form-fitting, sleeveless black midi dress. Her ensemble was completed by a turquoise Le Rond Carre bag from Jacquemus.
