According to a report in news agency IANS, Zaheer Iqbal has reportedly gifted his wife Sonakshi Sinha a BMW i7 electric sedan car worth over Rs 2 crore. Sonakshi and Zaheer registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Act at their Bandra apartment on June 23. After the civil ceremony, the couple hosted a lavish party for friends and family members at Bastian in Dadar. On their wedding night, Zaheer and Sonakshi were spotted arriving at the party venue in a luxurious BMW car for the reception.

Sharing the wedding photos, Sonakshi Sinha wrote a note. It read, “On this day, seven years ago (23.06.2017) we saw love in its purest form in each other’s eyes and decided to hold on. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our Gods… we are now husband and wife. Here’s to love, hope and all the beautiful things with each other, from now till forever.” Sonakshi added in the post, “Sonakshi marries Zaheer. 23.06.2024” Sonakshi wore her mother’s vintage saree and jewellery for the wedding.
Sonakshi and Zaheer shared adorable pictures from their reception night. The caption read, “What a day!!!! Love, laughter, togetherness, excitement, warmth, support from every one of our friends, family and team… it felt like the universe came together for two loving people and gave them exactly what they had always hoped, wished and prayed for.” He said, “If this is not divine intervention… then we don’t know what is. We are both really blessed to have each other and so much love is protecting us.”
