Chadramukhi 2 advance booking: Kangana Ranaut and Raghav Lawrence’s family horror film starts good release buzz
Chandramukhi 2 is the latest family horror film with plenty of comedy starring Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles. The film is touted to be a sequel to the 2005 epic film, written and directed by P Vasu.
After a short delay, the film is finally going to release worldwide on September 28, although it was initially announced to hit the screens on September 15. Accordingly, the filmmakers recently released a theatrical trailer.
Fans of Chandramukhi movie are curious to know what the filmmakers have in store for the sequel. However, when the theatrical trailer was released there was not much buzz and it was not received with much fanfare.
Ahead of the release, Kangana Ranaut, Raghava Lawrence, producer and director Vasu have organized a promotional activity in Chennai as well as a pre-release event in Hyderabad. The team is confident about the film. Vasu had already mentioned a possible sequel to Chandramukhi 2.
Chandramukhi 2 OTT rights got by Netflix
The digital streaming rights of the much-awaited sequel starring Kangana Ranaut as Chandramukhi is secured by OTT giant Netflix. The film will make its streaming debut after finishing its theatrical run. The date will be announced based on the box office performance of the film.
