Bigg Boss OTT 3: Neeraj Goyat became the first contestant to be eliminated from the show
Neeraj Goyat, a boxer, was the first Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant eliminated. He and YouTuber Shivani Kumari were nominated for the midweek eviction round. On June 21, the contentious reality show with Anil Kapoor as host made its debut. Neeraj sent his fans a video message on Instagram following his elimination. He gave thanks to all of the supporters and well-wishers for their unwavering help. Neeraj also talked about his short but successful time spent in the Bigg Boss house. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Ultimately love and respect will always win.” He also added a red heart to the post.
Neeraj Goyat has also shared the video on Instagram Stories and wrote, “Jo bhi hua aap sabke pyaar ke jaisa se hua. Shukriya. [Thank you so much for all your love and support.] Before entering the Bigg Boss house, Neeraj Goyat said that he was excited to entertain people outside the boxing ring. He told India Today, “I think there is no better personality than sportspersons. They are fighters, inspire and believe in positivity. I want people to see me on the show and realise how entertaining we can be too. When I go to international tournaments, I see a lot of fans coming to watch the matches because they connect with the boxers. I want to make boxing and boxers so popular that people buy tickets for our match and come and watch us fight. Now the time has come to give the same love to this sport as other sports are given in India.” He further added, “Nothing is impossible for us. We have seen how many WWE wrestlers became actors, so why not boxers? To be honest, I had a lot of fun working with Farhan Akhtar in Toofaan and I would love to do something like that again.”
