The much-awaited wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant has finally happened! The two will take the saat pheras with each other in a grand ceremony held at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai today.
The pre-wedding celebrations began with a grand party in Jamnagar, which was attended by celebrities like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Ivanka Trump. The highlight of the evening was a performance by Rihanna, who mesmerized everyone with her best songs.
After the celebrations in Jamnagar, the second pre-wedding celebration took place in Italy, where the Ambani family treated their guests to a luxurious cruise experience.
The countdown to the wedding began last week with a spectacular sangeet ceremony at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). The special event was graced by Justin Bieber, who came to Mumbai for a day and gave a memorable performance that had everyone dancing.
Before the wedding, the Ambani family hosted several traditional events including Mameru, Garba Night, Graha Shanti and Shiv Puja. The celebrations continued with grand Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies, which set the stage for today’s wedding. The star-studded guest list for the wedding includes some of the biggest names from Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Aamir Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Ananya Panday, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor. It’s also anticipated that international celebrities like Adele, Mike Tyson, John Cena, David Beckham, Kim Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian will be present. Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have shown up to take part in the festivities. After the wedding ceremony at the Jio World Convention Centre, the festivities will continue with ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13 and culminate with a grand wedding ceremony called ‘Mangal Utsav’ on July 14.
