Man returns to Kerala village, finds 11 family members dead in landslide
It was only three months ago when Naufal left the hilly village of Mundakkai and moved to Oman in search of a better life for his beloved family members.
But the man never imagined that he was bidding them goodbye forever and would never be able to meet any of them in life.
When the devastating landslide engulfed 11 members of his family, including his father, mother, wife, children, brother, sister-in-law and their children, a shocked Naufal reached the landslide site on Monday, breaking down in tears on the spot.
Though he had reached the state on Wednesday, a day after learning about the tragedy, he reached his village only on Monday.
He was seen roaming around aimlessly and weeping at times covering his face.
