Documents revealed that Piyush Bansal has registered the conveyance deed for an apartment of size 7361 sq ft (super area) and paid stamp duty of ₹1.89 crore. The apartment has four car parkings. Documents revealed that the conveyance deed was registered on April 29.
Conveyance deeds of four super luxury apartments worth ₹106.4 crore at DLF’s swanky luxury project ‘The Camellias’ in Gurugram have been registered separately. The buyers of these apartments are Piyush Bansal, co-founder of Lenskart, Rahul Dhanuka, joint managing director of Dhanuka Agritech; Ram Gopal Agarwal, group chairman and founder of Dhanuka Agritech Limited and Harsh Dhanuka, executive director (alliances and supply), Dhanuka Agritech Limited, documents accessed by IndexTap showed.
