Is Vijay Mallya’s ‘sky mansion’ in Bengaluru more expensive than Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia?

Whenever we talk about luxury homes in India, one name that always comes to mind is Antilia, a skyscraper located on Altamount Road in Mumbai. The Ambani family owns Antilia, a 27-storey residential building and is reportedly one of the most expensive buildings in the country.

Fans have been questioning if Vijay Mallya’s penthouse in Bengaluru is more expensive than Ambani’s Mumbai home.

Mallya’s mansion-style penthouse is built on a huge cantilevered slab at the top of Kingfisher Towers – the residence located in UB City, which is being built on a 4.5-acre plot that once housed his ancestral home. The penthouse is built at a height of around 400 feet.

It is located on the 34th and 35th floors of Kingfisher Towers and is spread over 40,000 square feet across two levels. The house also features an infinity pool apart from two private elevators and a 360-degree viewing platform.

Although this $20 million mansion is a true epitome of beauty, Vijay Mallya and his family were unable to live in it as the construction was completed at the same time when he faced financial difficulties with the government and eventually fled to the UK.
