“If we keep making the same mistakes as Congress…”: Nitin Gadkari warns BJP
The minister was addressing a Goa BJP working committee meeting near Panaji, which was attended by the party’s state unit chief Sadanand Tanavade and Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, among others.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari today said the BJP has been a different kind of party and that is why it has won the trust of voters time and again. He cautioned the party against repeating the past mistakes of the Congress, which led to it being voted out of power.
Mr Gadkari, making the remarks more than a month after the BJP failed to secure a majority on its own in the Lok Sabha elections, asserted, “If we keep doing what the Congress has been doing, there is no use of them going and us coming.”
