Asaduddin Owaisi’s challenge to Rahul Gandhi begins, “I am challenging your leader.”

Hyderabad: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday challenged Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from Hyderabad and not from Wayanad.

The AIMIM MP was addressing a public meeting in his parliamentary constituency Hyderabad.
Mr Owaisi said the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh was demolished during the rule of the grand old party.
I’m challenging your leader, Rahul Gandhi, to run for office not from Wayanad but from Hyderabad, the man stated. You continue to make bold declarations, enter the arena, and engage in combat with me. “The Babri Masjid and the Secretariat mosque were demolished under the Congress rule,” he remarked. “Congress people will say a lot, but I’m ready.”
Congress and AIMIM are at loggerheads in Telangana as both the parties work hard to come out on top in the upcoming assembly elections in the state later this year.
Rahul Gandhi stated earlier this month that the Bharatiya Janata Party, Bharat Rashtra Samithi, and AIMIM are working together in Telangana and that his party is battling against this trio when addressing at the Vijayabheri rally in Tukkuguda, Telangana.

According to Rahul Gandhi, the Congress party in Telangana is fighting alongside BRS, the BJP, and AIMIM rather than against them. Even though they go by various names, they collaborate.
